Unreasonably

I went to Mall@Carnival Ackermans and I’m soo disappointed that I bought school shoes in November and my son wore them once and now the shoes are small , when I got to Ackermans Mall@Carnival the guy by the name Siya said the shoes are not in a sellable condition. I wouldn’t have took the shoes back if they were not in a sellable condition. It’s January I’m stuck with small shoes. If that’s how customers are treated I’ll support your competitors
