WORST STORAGE EVER

WORST STORAGE AND MOVING COMPANY The owner sweet talked us into moving our household goods into one of his containers. He offered a cheaper rate and claimed that his units are waterproof and dust proof. What a complete shock when we opened the door last week. There is a terrible mould stench and all furniture is covered in mould. Lounges, mattresses and goods were wet. The unit had severe water leakage. To top this unimaginable sight. The owner does not acknowledge the problem at all, accuse us, his clients of insurance ***** and chose to spend the rest of his day on a bicycle claiming he has never been inside so what happened inside is not his problem. Lies on lies. He moved our goods into the container. Heavy things were stacked unto smaller things that could be damaged. Just a complete lack of care and integrity. Our Insurance Claim is very much ongoing and not denied as claimed by the owner when ever he gets a negative review. Some stuff cannot be replaced. Personal files and photo albums. No insurance company can give that back. Furniture pieces that were in the family for generations. They do not have monetary value but sentimental value. BE SMART. MOVE YOUR STUFF ELSEWHERE!
