Thieving and misogynistic owner!!!

So disappointed in the behaviour of the owner. I was a loyal customer that paid on time every month, for 4 years. The first 3 months, when I was struggling to sort out a debit order, and would forget to pay, I'd get sent a message that if its not paid by the 5th, my stuff will be put out. And on another occasion, he had somehow missed my payment on his side, and then requested I pay a R50 for every day I was late. Eventually it was sorted, and I was paying on time, and happy with my storage. However, upon cancelling my "contract", and had my stuff out on 2 December 2021, I asked to be refunded for the month of December, he refused, saying that the storage is cheap and no cancellation notification period, so that money is forfeited. I just accepted and moved on. January 2022, the payment to him still went off - I contacted him asking to please refund me. He claimed he cannot find my payment. Each time I asked to meet and see the documents myself, he wouldn't show up, or do as we had planned. It was a constant back and forth, of me begging me for my money. In the end he blocked me on WhatsApp, to which I responded with an immediate phonecall - he made such ***ist and misogynistic comments like "women are crazy". Still insisting he cannot find my payment (yet for 4 years he could!) - however, he agreed to refund me. I am still waiting to be paid (24 February 2022). Despite many texts since. I just receive no response. I do not recommend doing business with this man! He is a ***** and a misogynist! I was and am disgusted in his behaviour!
