Terrible Customer Relations

Henk Ackermann of Ackermann Storage in Blackheath smooth talked out of storing my furniture elsewhere. He told me that for only R600.00 they come and collect the furniture and go and pack it away neatly in a sealed container. What he did not tell me is that it would take more than 2 trips as he only uses a bakkie and a medium sized trailer and that each load is R600 ! He loaded 2 two and many of my stuff I had to store elsewhere! I was shocked when I visited the storage site and found out that my furniture is in a container, but to access it you must unsafely use an extension ladder to reach your stuff ! ! ! Even more, that container did not seal properly and my furniture looked as if it was thrown into the container ! Furthermore he did not sign the receipts to prove that he received my money. I had a problem with my salary this month and after answering his sms of not receiving my payment, he just kept on sending this sms ! I was phoned by him today and he rudely shouted at me about my money not showing up in his bank account. Very smooth talking and friendly to get customers, but worst customer support I have ever seen STAY AWAY PLEASE ! Do not be as stupid as I have bee
