Refund or No Refund?

We enquired about storage space. Paid the R800 on 18/02/2016. We no longer need to make use of container. Owner does not want to refund our money?<br> Its not the 1st of the month yet?<br> Surely there must be a cancellation of 7 days?<br> He claims that he had to show people away because he kept the storage for us, but guys that work for him says there is more than 1 container available. He told my husband to read something outside and closed the gate.
