no way to run a company

Items collected from storage unit was neatly packed and without damage. After this company collected my items and moved to their storage unit I found the damages to my items as a shock as I was assured that they ONLY provide a 5 start service. Upon collecting my keys on Saturday and wanting to remove items from the unit I wanted to hurl when I saw the manner of how my furniture was squeezed into a unit that was clearly not big enough for my furniture. I supp**** clear images of the storage unit that it was in and the amount of items that had to be stored. This company sent me images of the items when it was collected and they could see for themselves that everything was packed neatly and nothing was damaged under heavy furniture. Originally I made it clear that the old unit was a garage and I require half a garage size. The items was forced into a 4 square meter space leaving my one garden table out in to open after the owner offered to store it at his house. I rejected and accepted the offer of leaving it in the premises but outside of the unit and not at his home. I had to climb up a loose ladder onto a moveable structure that doesn't line up with the storage unit to try and get items out. - items was not packed close to how they where found - bed no longer has the bubble wrap protection and base cover on - bed mattress is standing on its side and had heavy container and boxes packed on the side. On inspecting I found that the support section has collapsed due to having items packed on the side of the mattress. - microwave had bubble wrap on and can be seen on all pictures I have and that they sent to me. In the unit I found it without bubble wrap - picture frames with bubble wrap was found squeezed in between the dishwasher and doorframe. This has resulted in unreplaceable frames being bent and damaged -one box was found empty and I was told by the one employee that they emptied it and packed it into a container. The box was damaged along with 6 other boxes that I could see (the other boxes could not be inspected as the are not accessible over all the items Infront of it. -items marked fragile was found half supporting a couch that was putting a lot of weight on it. -Antique dresser found on top of boxes. Damages cannot be inspected -3 seater couch has scratch marks on and the rest cannot be inspected -fridge cannot be inspected for damages - no access -dishwasher cannot be inspected for damages -boxes that I needed could not be collected or inspected as they are packed at the far back behind all the heavy furniture. this contains breakable fragile items that now supports heavy furniture - box with children's drawings and old school books is under a heavy couch and was severely damaged. I had no other choice but to use it for standing space to save items that was already damaged I really wish I was given the option of being present when my items was packed into this unit. Just after 13h00 on Saturday I contacted Henk and could not reach him. I sent a voice note and he could hear I was fuming. He chose to listen to the voice note and my request for him to contact me immediately and not contact me. On Sunday I used the images and made notes on them to show what was taken off my furniture and damages. Soon after some images was sent and received by Henk he called me. Making me out to be a **** by saying his staff will never take bubble wrap off a item and that they would never pack items on a mattress. Well I guess there is a ghost in your unit that has by some miracle managed to squeeze in and take bubble wrap off items that no one can get to without unpacking the whole unit. I am fuming and will not be made out to be a ****. And then you still have the nerve to tell me I owe you money! You were paid 1500 for collecting my items and taking it to the unit. (900 for local collection) NO DEPOSIT, FIRST MONTH FREE! My next payment to you is for storage for JULY and is only due on or before 1 July. The ombudsman will now handle this matter and I hope no one else falls into your trap and lies. You cant remember your day and night stories and I have enough proof to support my case against you.
