DON’T EVER USE Henk Ackerman’s “Ackerman Self Storage”!!!

Shockingly bad service from Henk Ackerman, of Ackerman Storage!!

He promised me tight sealed container, but the roof is leaking so much, my complete house worth of furniture and electronics/ electrical equipment is ruined (I have many many pictures of the so-called “tightly sealed container” and all my ruined stuff. They also broke the lock to my container 1. Without my knowledge or permission, and 2. Without m informing me about it after they have done so, and then closing the container with a piece of wire (picture also available). He (Henk) is so self-centred and narcissistic, that he said when I complained; “store at owner’s risk”, and didn’t offer ANY apology/ excuse/ compensation/ discount whatsoever.

Then today he came to deliver my stuff again, hitting my new landlord’s gate, s****ing the driveway with his trailer, and then leaving it for us to fix!! What an absolute ***ard!!

If you’re reading this, do not ever, ever, ever trust this guy, he’s a smooth talking, narcissistic, sneaky ********.
