I appointed them as my dormant company's accountant in 2023
I appointed them as my dormant company's accountant in 2023. They never submitted the tax returns for 2023, 2024 and 2025. I recently got an account for over R 8000 for them compiling financial statements and submitting tax return for 2025. I requested various means, via email, to get clarification/ explanations and answers to my questions. The company has completely ignored my queries and requests for a meeting or explanations. I have been deceived with hidden costs that weren't discussed and or disclosed to me at the onset of their appointment. I feel that they are trying to de***** me by sending me accounts to pay without doing the work .
