Worst customer service ever received

What exactly is the use of the hardship benefit at Ackermans. Have sent my documents to that email multiple times, no contact back from anyone, not a peep. Phone to enquire about it, says they'll find out and contact you back, still nada, niks. Terrible, terrible customer service. Sleg
