very bad ser

I bought timbers cause we busy building n now we busy with roffing so our timbers where short so we had to again from them so now when they suppose to deliver kate the reception lady keeps on saying tomorrow, tomorrow and now an upto a point where i requested for my money and she is saying i will get it on monday n thats too far what time of serbice is this mara
