Dissapointing service A C Designs

<p> </p> <p>Don't we conned by Jakes from AC designs. Spent over R60k with his company "restoring my roof" as it was done in the dry season they leak test with a hose. Jakes assured me should I have any problems I should just call him. After the first rain very soon after he left there was a leak that he repaired but when the real rains came 3 months after his job. When I messaged him he said it's an act of God claim from insurance. When i convinced him to come out there is a small area he claims was an act of God but was never water proofed he won't repair under warranty and wants more money .
