Its been a year that we waiting on our building plan to be completed,we paid him R7000, now he is ignoring my and my wifes calls,he dont even read our whatsapp msg he is just bluntly ignoring us,he was egar to take our money but he is not doing his job what is expected of him to do,i just called the housing department which is one year later to date jusy to be informed now that our plan for building have been cancelled by the housing plan department,im sorry but we are not gonna leave it here we paid him we want results he must not igore us.we will be taking legal steps agains him because what he is doing is not right in anyway we give him chance till end of 30 july 2023. If dont resolve this matter we will take lagal action again aghmat fanie argitech which is base in the strand cape town area.
