Service Provider (Archievers) not responding after receiving deposit

<p>I tried many time to contact the people via message for</p> <p>the Website but there is no response - see the attached the system keeps on giving a message " Temporary Pause" I want my money R3600 and the other Money reflecting, Since March 2016</p>
