Terrible customer service from Get Rewards
Terrible customer service. I was issued a Get Rewards gift card from my company with money loaded onto the card. Tried using the card at different retailers and card got declined everywhere. Called the number on the back of the card and entered 8 digit reference number also located on the back of the card as well. Every time, I mean.. Every time I entered the number to check the options available to help me the call ended immediately. This built up huge frustration because this is extremely poor service and this company should be embarrassed that it's customer support tools like this does not work. This tool is in place for outside of office hours but when the customer needs to use it, it shuts down. Extremely inefficient and poor service. FIX IT!
