System problems, how safe is my funds??

Acces Bank cannot supply statements for for all our fixed deposit accounts, except for one. Some staff say the system cannot update statements and other that it would be e-mailed. But it does not happen. Staff do not keep phone call appointments to solve queries.

I also lost a lot of money due to an immediate payment that only arrived the next day. I was told that it was a system problem on the day the payment was suppose to happen, but now they tell me that I did not make an immediate payment.

I am very concern about the safety of my fixed deposit with all these system problems.
