Poor customer service

I opened access bank account on the 4th of August even today the account is still frozen, I called them, submitted the requested documents even the selfie more than 20 times. Texted the WhatsApp number but nothing is done till today, and their agent are very rude whereby I even suggested they close the account but because l need the account I still tolerated they're poor service
