Disgusting Service
I am utterly dissapointed with Access Bank and how they treat people. I have not been able to access my salary since June. I bank with SOLmate and SOLmate has confirmed that they are also waiting for Access Bank to release the funds to them. This situation is causing a massive financial strain, it is completely unacceptable. 😡

25 Aug 2025, 14:23I spoke to Olympus who have confirmed that Access Bank has blocked them from transacting so you are now responsible as the bank to give me back my money, This is a **** and I am going to tell all other customers to come and complain here. We have been patient enough.
