***** Access Bank South Africa (Busbar alliance partner)

I contacted my bank which is FNB after an suspicious debit order of R109 went of my bank account with the ref Starsip14945Z they indicated its access bank.When contacting them they already know about this and gave me a number of an Alliance partner called Busbar the name Barend Du Toit.These people are situated in Durban im in JHB i dont know anything about them nor did i authorize any debit order or service from them so clearly this is a ****.They just cant help me at all they investiagting but they initiated this transaction as per my bank FNB indicated.This is ***** and pathetic service with no integrity.I need this rectified immediately as this is damaging my credit score and violating my personal details and bank account!!!
