Acces bank communication problems.

With this high interest rate the bank offers,I thought to invest some money with them.I phoned them after quiet some time they answered then put me thru to someone and the phone died.Tried again they answered and the phone died again.In the reviews I see that there are quiet a few problems with communication. ! No thank you I rather get a bit less for my investment with a more reputable company that has branches all over RSA then a co. that is somewhere in Sandton that cannot be reached !
