ABSOLUTE ****! Don’t deposit
This website (operating as "Ace Spins" via fan100lab.shop) is a complete **** targeting South African players. They happily take your deposits, but when you try to withdraw your winnings, they block the transaction. They then try to force you into an "advance-fee" ****, claiming you must deposit even more money to upgrade your account to "VIP 1, VIP 2, or VIP 3" just to get your cash or change your account details. I was ****med out of R1000. They are operating *******ly without a South African gambling license. Do not trust them with a single cent, you will never see your money again.

This website (operating as "Ace Spins" via fan100lab.shop) is a complete **** targeting South African players. They happily take your deposits, but when you try to withdraw your winnings, they block the transaction. They then try to force you into an "advance-fee" ****, claiming you must deposit even more money to upgrade your account to "VIP 1, VIP 2, or VIP 3" just to get your cash or change your account details. I was ****med out of R1000. They are operating *******ly without a South African gambling license. Do not trust them with a single cent, you will never see your money again.

Ace Spins refuses to pay R23,137.50 - Forces deposits to unlock withdrawal
II was ****med by Ace Spins. They gave me a R168 bonus and I won R23,137.50. See my account balance in my screenshot. When I tried to withdraw, they blocked it. Their own rules say: "You must reach VIP2 before you can withdraw profits from the bonus". VIP1 needs 450ZAR deposit. VIP2 needs 1000ZAR deposit. Their support told me to "recharge another 550 ZAR to reach VIP2" before they release my money. I already deposited R758 + R75 on 19 July 2026. After I deposited, they showed **** big wins, then locked my withdrawal and demanded more money. This is a deposit trap. I have not received any of my R23,137.50 balance. I am asking HelloPeter to help me get my money back and to warn other South Africans about Ace Spins.i have 7 screenshots as proof: Account balance R23,137.50, Deposit receipts R758 + R75, VIP rules, and support chat asking for R550.

Unpaid withdrawal of R30.000 by Acespins online casino
I won money playing on Acespins online casino. When I tried to withdraw my winnings they refused to pay out.Instead customer support told me I must deposit money first to release my withdrawal I did that twice as requested. After the second deposit they then said there's a problem with my account details and that I need to rectify it by topping up again. This is a **** tactic to get more deposits i have not received any of my winnings and they keep moving the goalpost .I have screenshot of our chats and payments proof

Guys please don't be a victim of Acespins that claims to be a legitimate online casino gambling.The platform is *****, they lure you with a free bonus to play with and win, but needs a deposit or more than 450ZAR 1st before withdrawal. Once done you will be prompted to add your banking details and once done, the system itself changes once or two numbers of your bank account so that withdrawal never goes through. You opt for editing your bank details, the system does NOT allow you to. You contact their help 24/7 service and you get pure RUDE response as to how can you be so careless with your banking details( I have proof of the conversation). After tolerating such rudeness, help service further more adds the stipulation saying that you need to reach VIP3(deposit R2200 to be able to edit and correct your banking details). They claim to have registered their business according to any legitimate business, but fail to provide their legitimacy details on demand. Please DO NOT USE their platform as they are *****ulent and feeds off people's deposit via voucher recharges(e,g. One voucher). I have been a victim and now wants NO body else to loose their hard earned money over *****ulent *********** gambling sites just like ACESPINS.
