Refund for Amanda Black Concert

<p>I have reached a point where im honestly disgusted by your service! we have to wait a full month to get our money back...you lack a sense of urgency,never mind take people for granted! you claim to be a big and legit company yet your behaviour says something different! i have been following up with you about my refund every single day, the last response says you referred the matter to the owner, who surely doesnt take things seriously! I want my refund and i want the booking costs refunded as well because your service is disappointing!!!</p>
