VERY BAD SERVICE

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! order placed on 19 /12/2023 , paid for urgent delivery Sent proof of payment the very same time because I was told by a lady called Busi that if I send proof of payment my order will be processed the very same time Yesterday was told by a woman called Buhle that my payment only reflected yesterday and my order has just been handed to the Corrier guy yesterday 22/12 I was very furious, what made me more furious is that Buhle was laughing at me she even dropped the phone while I was trying to explain that the Corrier guy service are telling me that my order will be delivered next week Friday 30/12 . My question is why do they have options of delivery time that we have to pay different amounts for but they don't comply? They should review that. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY BAD , I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICE!!!
