Unfair business practices

Hello Peter, I am very disappointed in "some" of their service..I ordered aircondenser. On their online catalog in was NOT mentioned that the part is a secondhand, only upon delivery I discovered that it was secondhand. It was unfair business practice but they managed to rectify it and told me to resend it for refund. My 1st problem is that I had to pay to courier their wrong item and secondly they say they will deduct 20% for refund..I will not accept any refund from them if it doesn't include my courier fees (R350) and again I will not accept it if they deduct 20% from the return because it was not my fault that they conducted unfair business practice.. But instead I will involve my legal representative and lodge a case against them which however it can result in them paying for legal fees too. To add more, how stupid and irresponsible they were,sending such a sensitive item unboxed, imagine if it was damaged because of that, they were to blame who, the customer.I however boxed it (what they failed to do) and resend it to them. They received it. I am just waiting upon my full refund without 20% deduction and of course plus R350 to courier it back to them.. Order no(128632)
