Terrible ONLINE sale department

I had a terrible experience with ACE AUTO S****YARD. I placed an online order on the 31/01/2025 with delivery option. I then chose an Express delivery hoping it will be delivered within 4 days as they allege. On the 4th day it was the day they were preparing to dispatch meaning delivery will take few more days. When I called the courier that they are using, I was told they booked the Economy service , I then decided to ask for refund that’s when an arrogant person called Kevin told me that my refund will take 7 days to be processed. I warn anyone who would be tempted to buy ONLINE from ACE S****yard in Springs to not do so. They ****med me!
