Poor services experienced

i am so disappointed with this company ever since i was looking an assisting in buying car parts no one was willing to assists their employees have full of negative attitude when answering calls. They gave me the following e-mail address *** *** to send the parts that i am looking for but no one who responded till now. I am very sad and disappointed
