Poor customer care service

<div>I'm looking for a part for a specific car.The car is showing on their website.Just beneath the picture ,it shows what was sold .I emailed twice and ask twice on the live chat.It took them 2 days to reply and to tell me that they don't have the part.I don't know how they stay in business with this poor customer service.Luckily we have other s****yards that are more than willing to help when we need them.Good luck,you won't see me again!</div>
