People rather spend your money somewhere else . These people are worse than ******** ******s

I ordered a headlamp for a Hyundai Tucson 2019 from Chad Van Rooyen one of there salesman. I paid R*** for this used headlamp. The salesman sent me a picture of the headlamp and it looked exactly the same as the one that was damaged. I paid for the headlamp and arranged for the courier to collect. When the headlamp arrived I fitted it and it fitted the vehicle perfectly, however the plug on the vehicle didn't correspond to the plug on the headlamp. I sent it back the next day and its been a year now and Ace Auto and the salesman refuses to help me . After numerous emails they just ignore me. The salesman did admit to me in our WhatsApp chat that there are two different specifications of headlamps for this vehicle but he never mentioned it to me when he sold the light to me. He rather suggested that i cut the plug on the vehicle and modify it. No Auto electrician is prepared to to this as it will cause an error on the computer. At this stage im not sure what to do as I am In Kimberley and they in Capetown. These people should not exist and after all the negative reviews I realized that this is common business practice from Ace Auto. The sad thing is that they are taking people's money and they are getting away with it. Is there anyone that can give me advice on how to take this problem further
