Order 134311 Poor service from Linda, paid for parts that were not Delivered to me order

This was my first and last time of buying from them. Made online purchase using pay just now after they advertised Radiator Fan. After that no communication until I reached out to them. After many engagements Linda (Male) was arrogant and rude telling me I was told to add more money (R1800) on top of the R1600+ part radiator fan. He started saying words like "I am addressing you" ..."Listen to me" this happened after she inturrupted Lindo whom I think was a junior according to them. This Linda guy kept on using the "I will do this and that" I asked for his Manager and he said his name is Martin Porter and I can't talk to him he has no number. They refused to cancel order and informed me that the other parts were already dispatched in CAPE Town and if I return it 20% will be deducted. Value of alleged parts that were sent is close to R280 and they deducted R250 shipping parts I never received citing that it's their policy. This all happened after they asked to send bank details for refund that will be effected on the day I decide to return order . Why was I not told about all of this? I indicated to them I was no longer interested in a shorted order prior shipping
