No regards for customer

Worst customer service ever. I Contacted the CT branch to check price & availability of a part for my car. They quoted me more than the actual part was listed on their website, then they tell me the prices is for JHB only. Due to me needing the part ASAP, I confirm stock availability with them. I Drive the 45Kms to their yard inly to be told oh sorry, I can only have it in 2 day time from their depot in town. I offer to collect it my self from their depot to which they so no the can't I'll have to wait 2 days & drove 45Km + 45Kms because they messed up. No regard for their customer
