No interest in Customer Service

These people don’t RESPOND - it's been a challenge to use any of your contact channels to do a simple exchange. It looks like exchanges is a service you do not prefer providing. In this day and age one would expect that enquiries can be resolved via electronic channels. I am saving myself more unnecessary head aches and decided to order elsewhere. I'd rather take the knock than spend a minute more to get a written response from you. Lessons learnt. You obviously don't need my business.
