False adverti*****t Online orders stay away

Ordered a steering rack online on the 17th of august it said in stock i asked an agent (Funeka) online the condition of the item she said brand new and i then asked the ETA which she said would be 4-6 working days i then place the order and made the payment two days later i tried calling wasted my airtime there was no answer if someone answered would just transfer you back the line which had no answer i then went online asked an agent (Anton) Who said they are awaiting stock its really an inconvenience as i could definitely got the part else where and fitted it in by now so guys stay away from ordering online go to the branch and get what you want definitely never recommending this place to anyone my order hasnt even been confirmed or anything it no one has contacted me honestly this is not service
