EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I have placed an order online, but never received a confirmation email or text when the item would arrive. 5 days later, I went to the s****yard to pick up the item and told that it was in transit from Joburg. I asked why there was no communication that it would take more than three days, which is the reasonable timeframe for a local client. I was told by a very aggressive man (I couldn't get his name due to his rudeness) that the part has been in transit for 5 days and he doesn't know when it will arrive. If he doesn't know on Thursday afternoon when the item will arrive inc Cape Town, how will the service meet their value proposition: 5-7 days? I am extremely disappointed and will never do business here again.
