Bad service

I ordered a front bumper on the 30th of January 2024 and selected an express delivery which takes about 1 to 2 days to be delivered ,it costs about R100 for an express delivery. They were supposed to deliver on the 1st of Feb but that didn't happen, no one tried to contact me to advise about the delay. I called them about 4 to 5 times on the 1st of Feb to find out if they will be delivering my product, only when I called the fifth time I was told that my delivery was moved to the next day and that there's a delay. I was so frustrated and got angry ,the guy by the name of Kelvin who is a manager had the audacity to tell me that I am shouting and that we are where we are because of my attitude.I have never experienced such a horrible service in my life.The guy (Kelvin) didn't even sound like he cared,no accountability ,instead he was telling me about my behaviour that I didn't have to shout at him. This has caused a huge inconvenience because the car needed to be fixed urgently as I am using it for business. I'm very disappointed at their service.
