Bad Service

I ordered a Mac rim from Corlien that there website were advertising. I spoke to Corlien so she confirmed that they have stock and must pull it from a ather branch that she confirmed it was there and that I must pay and send couier on Monday to collect that I did Monday afternoon Corlien what's upped me that she needs to refund me because they don't have the rim anymore. When I ask her what about the R550 couier fee I payed she just egnors me. This is very unprofessional and bad service. The customers must pay for there mistakes. And 99% of the time they don't have the parts they advertise.
