BAD ATTITUDE OF SERVICE ATTENDANT

I was searching for a window winder for my old Mercedes 450SLC. At the onset while I was telling the attendant what I was looking for he ignores what I was saying and spoke to one of his fellow workers who gave him a cold drink. He then disappeared for about half a minute and told me to wait. When we arrived at the smashed car I could not immediately find winders on the side panels as these were ********** indicating that the winders might lie somewhere in the car which meant that some other stuff had to be taken out of the car to search for the possible winders. The attendant did not look to keen to do the search and advised me that they do not remove parts unless these are sold. Meanwhile a Toyota's fender was also lying in the car indicating that parts are being taken out of cars and stored somewhere else if they so wish. I remarked that he did not seem to willing to assist and that I would have expected some enthusiasm. He then cheeked me by asking whether I was there to advise him on how to do his job and whether he should go to his boss and tell him that he has got a new boss.

I left agitated.
