ACE AUTO S****YARD"S **** SERVICE

I have received the worst service from Ace Auto S****yard. My husband placed an order on July 7th and full payment including delivery charges were made. As on today 2021-07-28 we have not received any feedback with regards to our order. We called the Cape Town branch on Monday 2021-07-26, and were told that we need to contact the Johannesburg branch. We called the branch and each time the call cut off, eventually after several attempts we received a dial tone and were being transferred to an agent who dropped the call. My husband was told to contact the department by email, and even that was unsuccessful as were were being pushed from one contact to the other. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS ABLE TO ASSIST!!! Further to those queries my husband posted on their Facebook page, they have responded to other posts on their page except my query.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received.

I think that they deserve a negative rating but unfortunately I can't rate less than 1 star
