Ace Auto Parts Springs unfair 20% Handling fee.

I was supp**** with the wrong part due to a misrepresentation of the part on the image vs. The part description. AN easy mistake to make on on-line shopping. I would not have ordered that part (Oil Seal), from a supplier in Springs on the far East Rand, if a was aware that it was that specific part, as it is available locally at 33% of the price. They could not replace the part with the right one but decided to punish me with a 20% handling fee "as per company policy". So my Personal policy is "Don't deal online with suppliers like this"
