ace auto misleading website, minimal information on product specifications

I recently tried ordering for the first time from ace auto and everything was excellent including delivery time up until i opened the package. my order was left and right golf 1 tail lights which was on the website. when i opened the package, i got tail lights without the wiring and the globes which was the main thing that i needed. i called ace auto to ask why theres no wiring and globes. the lady said and i quote "tail lights do not come with wiring and globes, everyone knows that". this was not mentioned on the website that it does not come with wiring and globes. calling them tail "LIGHTS" without the lights doesnt make sense and serves no purpose except its the tail light covers. i told the lady i want to return them as the website was misleading. she informs me that im going to be charged 10% handling fee for something that was not my fault. this is the first and last i will be purchasing from ace auto.
