ACE AUTO JUNKYARD TERRIBLE SERVICE

I placed an order via their website for a Nissan np300 tailgate, of which was in stock

I made payment of R2524.00, they received payment and my order was placed.

They confirmed my order and stated it was being processed.

3 days later as I'm waiting for my item to arrive They send an email stating that they have no stock and they don't know when they will have stock again.

I then requested a refund and it's been like 4 days and they haven't responded to my email.

I phoned them numerous times but nobody answers, I even tried their online chat function which is terrible nobody responds.

My complaint is that why would you take my money if you don't have stock.

Furthermore to get my refund is such a headache.
