Bad customer service

I sent my washing machine too them a twintub too fix my washing machine and my spinner doesn't work even I have too wash my clothes with my hand I won't prefer them for anybody they give bad customer services and doesn't do there job correct I'm very unhappy with there services and never gonna use them again
