Poor service

I ordered a mazda mirror last week on Tuesday 16 , after few discussions it was decided that the mirror I have ordered is not the one for my car, then I would be refunded my money by someone named Dylan and I was told that I should submit my banking details of which I did,now it has been 2 days since I did that, no update whatsoever and I even sent an email to find out what's going on ,I didn't get a reply
