Worst Service from New National Hotel in Parrow, Cape Town

This is the WORST hotel/Guest House ever. We (5 of us) checked in the 19 February 2019 and when we left in the morning for our errands, we were asked to leave our room keys because "they do not have spare keys" mind you these are programmable credit card sized plastic keys.

Alas! When we come back to the hotel, all five rooms are not cleaned. I'm talking not even been entered and no one was there to explain why! Nx!

The food from their next door restaurant is so old and bad, none of us could even eat. When we told the chef there, they got suprised hat we cannot eat their food! Huh!
