Worst service ever!!!

09/03/2016 I was hit from the side by a driver that lost control of his car. I phoned the police and there after was unable to contact New National.. Finally got in contact with them the next morning after a silly amount of forms send back and forth via Email they finally wrote of the car and agreed to pay me way less then the settlement amount, which i had to get for them along with all the other documents because they seem to be incomputend. I signed and emailed it because I just wanted it to end and never talk to them again. It is now 04/05/2016 and still i have received nothing not even a update!
