My vehicle claim was rejected due to their "expert" outcome as they concuded on their own that the vehicle was traveling at a high speed

We had a look at your claim and advise that an Accident Reconstruction Specialist did in fact view your vehicle. The vehicle was viewed at your premises. The Accident Reconstruction Specialist is an expert in determining the speed prior to the accident as well as confirming the circumstances of the accident.
You have also approached the Ombudsman for assistance on this claim and all documentation has been forwarded to the Ombudsman's office and we await their ruling on the claim.
