SAD EXCUSE FOR ASSURANCE COMPANY : NEW NATIONAL
As one of their clients damaged my vehicle, it is a nightmare to get any positive reaction out of them.
All requirements, with photos, police case number etc. etc. was send to them, there is no urgency from their side to resolve this issue. Even if they write on e-mail that they will get back to you before a specific time and date, they don't respond if you don't contact them a week later and then not with a answer as well, just another excuse!
If they handle claims like this, I will not recommend anyone to take up insurance with them.
I could have been a future client but will not recommend them to anyone.

21 Nov 2023, 20:04Eventually got feedback and was told there is no merit to this case. A lot of excuses were given as they throw their client in as well about different stories etc.
I phoned their client as we are on speaking terms and he denies everything they claim and said he never spoke to this company. He was surprised to hear the car was not yet fixed. So who is lying in this case?
Please just fix my car as you are an insurance company and in case one of your clients make an accident, resolve this, fix his mistake and let's move on.
Maybe then I will change my mind about the competency of this company
