Pathetic service

We had a burst pipe last week Monday 1st Oct around 5pm they came out only Tues morning to fix the pipe the assessor only came Wednesday I had to ph them continuously to find out when the assessor is coming because our tiles, bed, ceiling ect was damaged. He said a company dry force would come to dry the bed and tiles. Thursday dry force came out to leave a machine to dry the tiles an only today they came to collect the machine an when I asked them about the bed they said they never got any instructions to dry or look at the bed even when the guy phoned the office they had no record of a bed being damaged. Then he phoned his office an they also had no record of a damaged bed. He then took photos of the bed an gave me a report. I was very upset about this they already took long to come out to us, now you skip a payment then you cant claim. A person pay every month insurance for what? When its time to claim you get **** service!
