Pathetic Customer Service

In February 2017 i took out insurance with this company as they offered me a good premium. I have not claimed or missed any payments .

I receive a call in August 2017 stating that my insurance will be cancelled due to me being a "High Risk". This makes no sense at all.

I then requested reasoning as to what makes me high risk and no one at their consultant could provide me with answers. All i got was that my policy was reviewed and according to management I am high risk.

Why did they offer me a policy if i was high risk. Again this makes no sense at all.

Please stay away from this pathetic company.

I would rate them 0 stars however that option is not available. :)
