Not happy
I have made a claim and it's a month and 3 weeks, amd all tjey keep saying is that it under investigation, while m still paying for an installment for the car that is no longer exist. Please ve aware of this insurance, you can pay your premium every month but when it time for them tp assist or pay you it a mission.

The claim is still under investigation due to the driver of vehicle being uncooperative.
A new date was to be set up for the driver of the vehicle to meet the investigator.
Please advise once this is done so I can follow up on the investigators report.
