NO FEEDBACK ON CLAIM!!!!NATIONAL INSURANCE POOR SERVICE!!!!

Hi National Insurance!! I had a Vehicle theft claim on the 26.04.2024 .Claim was registered on the 27.04.2024 .Vehicle was not recovered by tracking company (Beame) & SAPS, tracking device was active on vehicle as per insurance vehicle security requirements .A case was opened for attempted Theft & Hi Jacking,I have not received no feedback on my claim outcome and its now over 30 days ,my car hire has been depleted .The incident was so traumatizing and now I have to be left in suspense for my claim being delayed ? What is the delay of 30 days ? Validations has been done the vehicle is unrecoverable!!! Please can my claim be settled ,my policy has been taken up with a broker Continuum Financial Services (Broker Denzil. This is not treating your clients fairly!!! What is the delay ???? This is not a accident 3rd party claim to be delayed for 30 days!!!! Please can I have feedback!!!
