Nnac stinks, don't ever deal with them. Useless to the bone.

Absolutely pathetic service from this company. I am so frustrated with their staff as their communications are all bull****. And you can never speak to a manager to report it. I feel like I am talking to a brick. They take your premiums so quickly but squeel to pay for something. It would have been easier and hassle free to just buy the items again...but then What's the point of having an Insurance company if you must do all the work for them. Where is the customer satisfaction Worst company ever.

And they will never even reply to this to acknowledge the complaint and attend to your matter.
